Notary Martina Bastianutti
Former Lawyer of the Genoa Bar
I was born in Genoa in 1989 and attended the M.L. King Classical High School in Genoa before graduating in Law from the University of Genoa. During my university studies, I took part in the Erasmus program and spent six months in La Coruña, Spain, where I learned Spanish in addition to English.
Alongside my legal studies, I cultivated my passion for music, attending the Conservatory from middle school through university. I studied piano and obtained a diploma in music theory and solfeggio, harmony, and music history. I also completed a three-year Master’s program in Gestalt counseling at the Gestalt School of Genoa.
After graduation
After earning my degree, I attended notarial schools in Milan to prepare for the public notary examination, while also practicing law. Even before being appointed as a notary, I collaborated with the prestigious Rivista del Notariato (Notarial Law Review) in Rome.
I am a member of the Associazione Heres, an organization of professionals specializing in inheritance law—including lawyers, accountants, and notaries—dedicated to promoting knowledge and awareness of inheritance law and the administration of unclaimed estates. The Association is non-profit and aims to provide education, cultural enrichment, and public outreach on these subjects.
